Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center with free parking nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but some face a busy street with noise from other rooms. The service is outstanding, with helpful and friendly staff. The dining options are lacking, with subpar breakfast choices.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were basic but spacious, especially for the price, and the dealing with payment was smooth. The service provided by the staff, particularly one petite young lady working that weekend, was outstanding in serving and advising clients. However, the location was not perfect, although it was convenient for accessing the city center and had free parking nearby. The dining experience, especially at the Indian restaurant, left a lot to be desired. Despite these issues, the facilities were adequate and met my needs during my stay.
The hotel is conveniently located in Karlin/Praha 8, very close to the Křižíkova metro station, with lots of restaurants and shops around. The spacious twin room was comfortable, but the noise from passing trams was a downside. The service was friendly and helpful but lacked informative English. The dining experience was simple, and the facilities needed refurbishment.
The hotel is outstanding in serving and advising clients; the staff are helpful, kind, and extremely polite. The rooms offer a nice view from the window and are welcoming when returning from the cold autumn weather, with a convenient shower and a bigger sink. The location is quite attractive, with lots of restaurants, shops, cafes, and close to the metro station. However, the dining experience had a pretty basic assortment and limited variety.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was friendly. However, there was an issue with the lack of hot water at night. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the metro station and offering easy access to various amenities. While the dining options were limited during my stay, the service and facilities made up for it.
